Captain Morrill's Company - Join Us!NOTICEThere is a new Militia Unit in New Hampshire. In late fall of 2004 an enterprising group of citizens recognizing the need for an independent artillery company acquired the armament and formed Captain Morrill's Company.Based in Franklin, Captain Morrill will travel with his cannon crew to Old Home Days, Parades and Encampments or provide informative demonstrations to groups. While the main weapon is a cannon, muskets are also in demand and those persons who would like to join this new Unit and provide musquetry as protection for the artillery crew, are encouraged to do so. As you can see this is truly a motley crew and can use all the help it can get. Interested parties can email Captain Morrill for more information or sign up at any of the events where you can find this crew under a cloud of blue smoke.
